Iqbal Ahmed Detho, Chairperson of the Sindh Human Rights Commission and subject matter expert, delivered a lecture on "Human Rights and Challenges for the Public Sector" during the 8th Civil Services Training Program (CSTP) for PMS Probationers. The session was attended by 20 male and 08 female probationers, reflecting a diverse group of future civil servants.
Organized by the Training Management & Research Wing, SGA&CD, Sindh Government, the session provided critical insights into Pakistan’s human rights landscape. Earlier Secretary of the Sindh Civil Service Academy Mr. Abdul Waheed Shaikh (ACS) introduced Chairperson and highlighted the importance of training. Mr. Detho highlighted key challenges and actionable areas for improvement.
