Iqbal Ahmed Detho, Chairperson of the Sindh Human Rights Commission, attended the World Human Rights Day celebration hosted by the Human Rights Society of Pakistan (HRSP) and Rotary Club Karachi Intracity.

Iqbal Detho, emphasized in his speech that human rights are not a privilege but a universal entitlement. He reaffirmed the commitment to upholding these rights, ensuring every individual, regardless of background, enjoys dignity, justice, and equality. He called for collective action to address ongoing challenges such as poverty, discrimination, and gender inequality, highlighting the vital role of organizations and communities in advancing human rights for all.

The event, graced by Mr. Pervez Seehar, Secretary of Social Welfare Department, Government of Sindh, as the Chief Guest. It was a powerful reminder of the ongoing fight for equality, justice, and human dignity for all.
