Chairperson Iqbal Ahmed Detho and Member M. Ayub khosa of the Sindh Human Rights Commission (SHRC), along with the legal team, conducted an inspection at RBUT Civil Hospital Shikarpur.

During their visit, they observed significant deficiencies, including staffing shortages across various departments, inadequate infrastructure and equipment, and budgetary constraints affecting essential services. Key recommendations were made to enhance patient services, address staffing shortages, upgrade infrastructure, and prioritize budget allocations.

The SHRC urges administrative authorities to take immediate action to improve healthcare services at the Civil Hospital Shikarpur for the benefit of the community.
