Sukhdev Assardas Hemnani (Member – SHRC) inspected District Prison & Correctional Facility Ghotki to examine the facilities being provided to the inmates. Sindh Human Rights Commission advocates / legal assistance to the inmates who were devoid of legal representation due to financial constraints.

SHRC took cognizance of the excessive electricity and gas load shedding, lack of arrangements for online trial facility and other issues. Sindh Human Rights Commission will be approaching the concerned authorities for redressal of these issues.
