1. Training & Mentoring: Developing programs for women's recruitment, focusing on remote and conflict-affected areas.
2. Women Councils: Establishing councils to empower female officers and foster leadership.
3. Awareness Campaign: Launching initiatives to promote gender equality within the police force.
