Chairperson (SHRC) Co-Chaired Human Rights Due Diligence Framework (HRDD) meeting.

Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Detho, Chairperson Sindh Human Rights Commission attended the Human Rights Due Diligence Framework (HRDD) meeting at the Human Rights Department. The meeting was Chaired by the Secretary Human Rights Department Ms. Tahseen Fatima and Co-Chaired by the Chairperson of SHRC Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Detho.

This important session focused on discussing the HRDD Framework and exploring mechanisms to integrate it into business activities across the province of Sindh.

Ensuring human rights are respected in all business operations is crucial for sustainable development and social justice. The HRDD Framework provides a comprehensive approach to identifying, preventing, and addressing human rights impacts in the corporate sector.
