Ms. Fareeda Tahir, Public Relations Officer for the Sindh Human Rights Commission represented the Commission at the "Feminist Manifesto Consultation" organized by the Aurat Foundation.

In the context of manifestos, Ms. Tahir underscored the importance of political parties prioritizing the emphasis on implementation, emphasizing the progressive legal landscape of Sindh.

She urged all stakeholders to actively contribute to the development of Rules of Business, ensuring that the broader community benefits from the effective implementation of enacted laws.

Ms. Tahir also shed light on the SHRC portal, SOHRIS.COM (State of Human Rights in Sindh), a comprehensive resource containing information on UN agencies, International Human Rights regimes, National, and Provincial acts, and Policies. This valuable repository serves as a rich source for researchers and students alike, contributing to a deeper understanding of human rights issues.
