The Sindh Human Rights Commission hosted Ms. Kristine Drew, Head of Workplace Programs at Accord International on 6th November 2023.
During this insightful session, Ms. Drew was given a comprehensive presentation on the functions, powers, mandate, and complaints handling mechanisms of the Commission by Iqbal Ahmed Detho Chairperson of the Sindh Human Rights Commission. It was a fantastic exchange of knowledge and ideas, highlighting the commitment to enhancing human rights by both organizations.
Mr. Zulfiqar Shah (Member-SHRC) and both Members Judicial I & II, Mr. Arshad Noor Khan & Mr. M. Aslam Shaikh, were also present in the meeting.
This meeting marked an important step forward in our collective mission to promote and protect human rights in Sindh and beyond. Together, we stand for a world where human rights are upheld and celebrated.
