Mr. Asif Ali Abro, Section Officer, and Ms. Samreen Paras, Administrator of the Complaint Cell from the Human Rights Department, Government of Sindh visited the Sindh Human Rights Commission (SHRC) office. They had a meeting with the Chairperson of SHRC, Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Detho and the dedicated complaint handling staff of the SHRC for cross-referral of complaint handling.
During the meeting, the team from the Human Rights Department shared the innovative Complaint Management System, designed to enhance the efficiency of handling grievances. Additionally, the Chairperson shared insights into how the Commission currently addresses and resolves cases, underscoring their commitment to upholding human rights.
