Iqbal Ahmed Detho Chairperson of the Sindh Human Rights Commission participated in the Centre for Human Rights Education-Pakistan Multi Stake-Holder Dialogue, where civil society came together to address a pressing issue: "Turning Violent Trends & Extremism into Non-violence."
At the dialogue, we discussed and formulated recommendations to combat violent extremism and promote non-violence. The power of dialogue and collaboration is immense, and I'm proud to be part of this effort.
As Chairperson of the Sindh Human Rights Commission, I'm pleased to share the groundbreaking work we've been doing on "Pathways Between CVE and Human Rights." We've also published a comprehensive manual for Sindh Human Rights Commission & Government Officials, outlining strategies to Counter Violent Extremism and foster Peacebuilding in the context of Human Rights.
It's time to unite, educate, and build a safer, more inclusive world for all.
