Chairperson Sindh Human Rights Commission, Iqbal Ahmed Detho had the privilege of participating in the insightful presentations of the Case Study Research titled "Criminalization of Violence against Women & Children: A Case Study of Pakistan" during the 38th Mid-Career Management Course at the National Institute of Management - NIM Karachi.

This course, commencing on September 18, 2023, is tailor-made for eligible Government Officers aiming for promotion to Grade 19 in Federal and Provincial governments, as well as public sector organizations. Its primary focus is on refining their skills in public policy formulation and strategic implementation, a pivotal requirement for elevation to BS-19.

Notably, participants actively engaged in thought-provoking discussions and presented valuable research findings on various topics, including "Violence against women: Crime or Custom," "Women protection policies and implementation issues in Pakistan Groups," and "UN Conventions on the rights of children and ending discrimination against women." Their dedication and commitment to enhancing public sector governance are truly commendable, and we eagerly await their contributions.
