Chairperson Sindh Human Rights Commission Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Detho deliver an insightful lecture on Human Rights at the esteemed National Institute of Management, NIM hosted this enlightening session as part of its 32nd Senior Management Course. Senior Officers from Federal and Provincial Governments, along with Public Sector Organizations, had the privilege of attending. The course focuses on public Policy formulation and implementation at the strategic level.

Chairperson SHRC, lecture covers a wide range of topics on Human Rights including concepts, origin, historic development and International Human Rights conventions and their compliance.

The lecture also covers the role of Commission for Human Rights under National Commission for Human Rights Act 2012.

Participants gained valuable insights into the Constitutional and Legal Framework, as well as the Institutional Mechanism established for the protection and promotion of Human Rights in Pakistan.

The lecture provided a comprehensive overview of the current state of Human Rights in our country.
