Ms. Fareeda Tahir, Public Relation Officer, SHRC conducted meeting with the MPAs on 17thSeptember 2019 @ Sindh Assembly which was attended by Ms. Farhat Simi MPA-PPP/Member Sindh Human Rights Commission, Ms. Hina Dastagir MPA-PPP, Ms. Heer Soho MPA-PPP, Ms. Syeda Marvi Rashdi MPA-PPP, Ms. Nida Khuhro MPA-PPP, Ms. Shaheena Sheer Ali MPA-PPP, Ms. Rubina Brohi Ex-Member SHRC. Meeting started with the introductions of the Sindh Human Rights Commission (SHRC) and then it was shared with the legislators that SHRC is also working on the lacunas both in the law and in procedural practices that prevent the implementation of laws specific to addressing gaps in gender justice and violence against women.
