Public Hearing at Town Hall, Nagarparkar. The Chairperson, SHRC, Justice (R) Majida Razvi along with her team, which included Ms. Pushpa Kumari (Member SHRC) and Adnan Ali (Superintendent Complaints & Enquiries), met with citizens, civil Society, local media, and Government officials. Community raised strong voice on illegal cutting of Karoonjhar hills and demanded to stop cutting trees and declare this area as National park. They also brought in notice that the local mafias are cutting trees from hills with the support of local staff of government department, Government departments shared their position on the shared issues.
