Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Detho Chairperson of the Sindh Human Rights Commission (SHRC), and Ms. Rida Tahir, Legal Advisor for SHRC, along with the Ms. Maleeha Lari ,Chief Legal Advisor and her team from the Legal Aid Society had a highly productive meeting with Mr. Khalid Hyder Shah, Additional Chief Secretary, Local Government & Housing Town Planning Department.
The focus of this meeting was to establish a collaborative partnership aimed at future capacity-building efforts with the Local Government Department. This collaboration is set to enhance our joint efforts in promoting legal and policy reforms, ensuring better governance, and protecting human rights in Sindh.
